How to plan a 10, 50 or 100-unit Dr.Pen order

Planning level Typical buyer Recommended use
10 units Salon test, clinic trial or first reseller order Test one or two models, buyer questions, cartridge demand and shipping cost before scaling.
50 units Growing reseller, training school or established salon group Allocate quantities by proven demand and include matching cartridge inventory.
100 units Distributor or multi-location buyer Request the applicable distributor tier, carton details, batch evidence and customization feasibility.

The quantities above are planning and quotation tiers. The applicable MOQ, price and available model mix depend on current stock, model version, package and destination.

Include devices and replacement cartridges in the calculation

A device order without a cartridge replenishment plan can create hidden costs and lost repeat sales. Confirm the exact connector, device version, pin configuration, sterile-packaging information and reorder availability before buying cartridges in bulk. Use the Dr.Pen cartridge compatibility and bulk-order page before finalizing the mix.

Sample order versus formal reseller order

A sample or small trial order is designed to verify the current model, package, charging option, QR information where applicable and cartridge fit. A formal 50- or 100-unit order should also confirm model allocation, batch evidence, carton dimensions, freight basis, warranty process and the quantities of compatible consumables.

Estimate shipping and landed cost

Do not calculate margin from the device price alone. Include freight, import and clearance estimates, payment fees, local packaging, marketplace commissions, marketing and expected returns. Justech provides a shipping estimate after receiving the destination country, model mix and quantity; customs, taxes and local obligations must be checked by the buyer.

How to plan a mixed-model order

A new reseller may use M8 or M8S as core models, add M9 as a newer catalogue option and use A11 for premium positioning. The right allocation depends on local buyer demand and cartridge replenishment, not simply which model has the highest specification. Compare the models in the 2026 Dr.Pen M8, M8S, M9 and A11 comparison chart.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator show Justech’s current wholesale prices?

No. Enter the unit costs from a current quotation. Prices can vary with model version, quantity, package, stock and destination.

Can I calculate a mixed order?

Yes. Enter quantities and costs for M8, M8S, M9 and A11 separately. Mixed-model availability is subject to current stock and applicable model-level MOQ.

Does gross margin equal final profit?

No. Gross margin does not include every local operating cost, tax, sales commission, return or advertising expense unless you enter it in the additional-cost field.

Can I include cartridge revenue?

Yes. Enter the total expected cartridge sales revenue separately and include the matching cartridge purchase cost.
