This website is operated by Justech International Co., Ltd. (“Justech”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Hong Kong company serving international wholesale buyers. By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Business-to-business quotations and orders
Product information, quotations, lead times, shipping estimates and availability are provided for commercial planning and may change before an order is accepted. An order becomes binding only after we issue written confirmation and receive the agreed payment. Buyers must provide accurate company, delivery and contact information.
2. Product eligibility and lawful use
Products may be subject to different laws, registrations, labelling rules, professional-use restrictions and import requirements in each destination. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the requested product may be lawfully purchased, imported, marketed, resold and used in the destination market.
We do not offer prescription-only medicines, injectable products, botulinum toxin products, dermal fillers, topical anaesthetics or other restricted products for purchase through this website or through PayPal. Medical devices may be supplied only where the proposed transaction, intended use and destination-market requirements have been reviewed and accepted.
3. No medical advice or guaranteed results
Website content is provided for product identification and wholesale purchasing information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace assessment, training or advice from a qualified professional. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee treatment outcomes or claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
4. Cosmetic products
Cosmetic serums and skincare products displayed on this website are for topical cosmetic use only unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise and the required supporting documentation has been confirmed. They are not injectable, are not represented as sterile medical products and must not be used for a purpose inconsistent with their label or documentation.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are normally quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, customs duties, import fees and local regulatory costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly included in our written quotation. PayPal and other payment methods are available only for eligible products and transactions. We may refuse, cancel or refund a payment if the product, destination, intended use or transaction is restricted by law, our payment provider or our risk controls.
6. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock, customization, carrier delays, customs inspection or events outside our reasonable control. 7. Cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status and whether customization or production has started. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. 8. Product information and intellectual property
We work to keep specifications and images accurate, but packaging, accessories and current versions may change. Buyers should request written confirmation before ordering. Site text, graphics and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Justech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from unlawful import, resale, relabelling, off-label use, misuse, inadequate training or failure to follow product documentation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.
