Dermastamp vs Dermaroller

Dermastamp vs Dermaroller
An in-depth discussion of the pros and cons of Dermastamp and Dermaroller to help you make a wise choice
Both do the same thing.. creating micro-channels in scalp to improve blood flow and absorption of minoxidil.. but the way they work is a bit different.
Derma roller drags across skin so sometimes it causes more micro-tearing, especially if used wrong. Dermastamp makes vertical entry so less trauma, more controlled depth and you can target areas better like hairline or crown. That’s why many doctors prefer stamp over roller for scalp.
Depending on the hair loss and how big the area is I would opt for the dermaroller if it’s a larger area, if you’re looking for smaller targeted areas than do the stamp. Also, brands do a play big a factor in deciding what you’re going to get. It’s easy to pick up cheap rollers with minimum needle depth, but if you find a good medical grade roller like xcellaris pro which goes as deep as 2.5mm you have a good roller.
If you still have hair follicles, a good microneedling device by a trusted technician would work wonders. I have seen hair growth in clients that left me speechless.
Remember, dermarollers and stamps are only useful if you have a hair follicles. Otherwise, you would need to go for a transplant.
